DOS Bidder helps you to create a bid for a competition on the Digital Marketplace within minutes, providing you’ve got some old answers to hand.

Using your previous answers, DOS Bidder will look through and find up to 10 matches for each question in the new competition. You can choose all the ones you think will be helpful, and the software instantly generates your sample bid.

Upload your previous answers

You will need an ‘answer base’ – a simple spreadsheet of questions and answers from previous bids. To see how the software works, you can use our sample answerbase, or use this template to prepare your own.

Choose the competition you want to bid on

Once you’ve got your answers ready, you need to choose something to bid on. Use DOS Bidder to choose a competition, and then download the questions from the competition.

Review DOS Bidder’s matches

In the final step, you will see all the matches the software was able to make, comparing the current question and the questions you’ve answered previously.

For each new question, DOS Bidder will show you ten matches, ranked best to worst, of the questions you previously answered. Select all the ones you want, download the report, and your draft bid is ready.
